ACR Online Store Policy

ACR Systems Inc. – Online Store Policy

Welcome to the ACR Systems Inc. (ACR) website, acrdatasolutions.com, which includes an online store for convenient purchasing (hereafter referred to as "ONLINE"). This site is provided as a service to you, the CUSTOMER.

By placing an order through our ONLINE store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

  • Order acceptance by ACR occurs at the time of shipment.
  • Order acceptance by the CUSTOMER occurs upon clicking the "Submit Order" button during checkout.
  • ACR reserves the right to decline any order.

Large orders, backordered items, and products not normally stocked may be non-refundable. If any part of the order is deemed non-refundable, ACR will notify the CUSTOMER and provide an opportunity to cancel the order without penalty, in accordance with our Return and Cancellation policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date issued.
  2. Shipping Point FOB: Surrey, B.C., Canada.
  3. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are not included unless otherwise specified.
  4. Overseas orders must be prepaid via Electronic Funds Transfer or PayPal.
  5. Product availability is confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order or prepayment.
  6. Custom orders require full prepayment and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

PRICING

  • Prices shown represent ACR Manufacturer’s List Price at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices in the ONLINE shopping cart reflect the most recent product page pricing and are not guaranteed until order processing.
  • ACR cannot confirm the final price until the order is reviewed. If a price discrepancy arises, ACR will contact the CUSTOMER and the Return and Cancellation policy will apply.
  • Prices and availability of backordered items are not guaranteed. Orders may be cancelled by ACR or the CUSTOMER under the Inventory policy.
  • Duties and taxes, if applicable, are the CUSTOMER’s responsibility.

PAYMENT

  • Orders must be paid using approved payment processors shown at checkout.
  • ACR is not responsible for any additional fees or currency conversions applied by the payment processor.
  • Payments are securely processed according to ACR’s privacy and data protection policies.

INVENTORY

  • Inventory levels are updated periodically and are not guaranteed to be accurate at all times.
  • ACR reserves the right to cancel any part of an order due to unavailability, as does the CUSTOMER under the Return and Cancellation policy.

WARRANTY

Note: Warranties are void if the logger case has been opened or tampered with.

SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.
  • Shipping is available only to physical street addresses (no PO Boxes).
  • Standard shipping rate: $25 CAD (additional charges may apply for oversized orders).
  • If in stock, ACR aims to ship within 24 hours of order acceptance.
  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST (excluding Canadian and U.S. statutory holidays).
  • Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • Partial shipments may occur; each shipment will incur its own shipping fee.
  • Order and shipping confirmation emails will be sent after order processing.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty if not yet shipped and within 10 days of order placement.
  • Orders canceled after shipping or after 10 days may incur restocking fees.
  • Non-refundable items cannot be returned, even if not yet shipped.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to returned items that meet these criteria.
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and testing for damage or defects.
  • Shipping, taxes, duties, and insurance are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product (for warranty, calibration, or refund), you must first request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by contacting ACR Customer Service:

Important:
If your purchase was made through a reseller or distributor, you must contact the original point of purchase for all return and warranty claims. ACR can only process returns and issue refunds for purchases made directly through ACR.

If you purchased directly from ACR, please be prepared to provide the following:

  • Contact name and company
  • Address, phone number, and email
  • Product details: model number, serial number (if applicable), catalog number
  • Original invoice or receipt (for warranty or refund requests)
  • Reason for return

Incomplete information may delay processing. Once the RMA is approved, an RMA form will be emailed to you with instructions for returning the product.
