Key Information on ACR Product Shipping

General Information

ACR Systems ships all items via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates are automatically added during the checkout process. Shipments can be made to a physical street address only. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

ACR will send an order confirmation e-mail once a purchase is completed. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is $25 Flat Rate for standard orders *

*Additional shipping charges may apply on oversized orders.

Customs Charges

For orders being shipped to a destination outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for any customs charges, duties, fees and import taxes in the customer’s country. 

Note: Most of our products qualify for duty-free entry into the U.S. under the CUSMA (formerly NAFTA) agreement. However, certain components — especially some Chinese-made cables and connectors — may be subject to import duties, which vary and are outside our control. We recommend that U.S. and international buyers check with their local customs office if they are concerned about possible duties before ordering.

Even though the web store is always accessible, ACR is open for business between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST Monday through Friday.
