    Q: What are your standard measurement points for a three-point temperature calibration and can these be changed?

    A: Our three default temperature calibration points are 0, 25, and 60°C unless otherwise requested. We will make every attempt to calibrate at your desired temperature points if possible. Just let us know, and we can confirm with you before beginning.

    Q: What is the typical turn-around time for performing temperature calibrations?

    A: Typically, ten business days.

    Q: How do I start the calibration/repair return process?

    A: Begin by submitting our online RMA Request Form at acrdatasolutions.com/rma. After you submit the form, we’ll email you a PDF “RMA Pack” with step-by-step instructions, the ship-to address, and all required shipping and customs documents.

    Q: Do I need to fill out any other forms?

    A: No—once the RMA form is submitted, our system (with a quick internal review) generates all necessary instructions plus the shipping and declaration documents for you. Just follow the RMA Pack exactly.

    Q: Can I ship before I receive the RMA Pack?
